Hi! I'm Tricia Glaros and this is my husband Herbert. We are a the owners of Simply Southern Catering and we are a husband and wife team. We have been working together in the food industry for over 15 years.

Herbert is our Head Chef  and overseeing all the food preparations and cooking. He makes it his mission to insure perfect taste, quality and in it's presentation. At an early age Herbert developed a love for cooking at an early age. Starting out working in high school at a local drive'in restaurant. During that time he quickly realized that he loved working with food so he gained experience from various cookbooks and worked under a wonderful local southern cook. Herbert say's his greatest lesson in creating a great meal is,  "Cooking from a recipe only gets you started. After that it takes heart, soul, passion and imagination to take the dish anywhere you want to take it." 

For me my roll is the Event Coordinator and I love it because I love enjoy people! Working and serving our people is an amazing roll. Building a relationship with our clients helps insure the goals are met. It is my desire to take our client's vision & dreams and then turn them into their reality. For me, details are very important and everything is done with perfection the first time”
